According to the latest announcement, the license allows Smart Digital Human Technology to sell OPPO/ONEPLUS-branded mobile phones, Internet of things (IoT) products, accessories, audio, wearable and tablet products to SUNING (002024) Group Co., Ltd.

The brand resale license is valid for two years from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2026. Both parties may choose to extend the cooperation after the expiration of the contract.

This authorization marks the first time that the Group has been authorized to sell mobile phone brands, further expanding its cooperative relationship with well-known brands, and laying the foundation for the further development of the Group in the field of e-commerce.
